What information should I include on my invoice?▾
At minimum: your business name, client name, invoice number, date, due date, and line items with amounts. For best results, also include your contact info, payment instructions, and payment terms.
Can I add my logo to the invoice?▾
Yes. Click the upload button in the 'Your Business' section to add your logo. It appears on both the preview and the downloaded PDF. We support PNG, JPG, and WebP files up to 2MB.
How do I change the look of my invoice?▾
Use the theme selector at the top of the editor to switch between 6 professional themes: Modern, Classic, Bold, Trade, Minimal, and Detailed. You can also change the accent color to match your brand.
Is my data stored or shared?▾
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your invoice data is never sent to our servers except when you click 'Download PDF' — and even then, we only use it to generate the PDF and immediately discard it.
Can I use this for my contracting business?▾
Absolutely. The 'Trade' theme is designed specifically for contractors, plumbers, electricians, and other tradespeople. It includes fields for job address, work performed dates, and materials/labor breakdowns.
